Our dream was born in 2018.

Every time we traveled to California, we imagined bringing those traditional flavors to Washington, and when the opportunity came, we decided to take it. That’s how this adventure began driven by a love for cooking and the desire to offer authentic food made with fresh ingredients, never frozen or canned, and with tortillas handmade every day.

With great effort and sacrifice, we have built a rustic-style space where every dish reflects the tradition, flavor, and pride of our roots.
